The team at ReCapturit is thinking green outside the "office" too. Amber, Director of Marketing, recently embarked on a home improvement project that presented the perfect opportunity to donate paint she no longer needed and pick up new GreenSheen paint in its place.  GreenSheen's Kent, Washington location, in partnership with Paintcare.org has already recycled 400,000 pounds of paint (in addition to the plastic and metal containers they come in) since the project's launch on April 1st.

This facility is responsible for filtering and collecting the paint into batches before getting sent to their manufacturing facility in Colorado where the paint is recycled and prepared for sale. Through their unique latex refining process, they've been able to achieve a 97% paint-to-paint recycle rate- incredible.

GreenSheen Paint, founded in 2010, is committed to providing residential and commercial projects with high-quality, low-cost, recycled latex paint. They offer a 5-year warranty on all of their 18 designer shades of interior and exterior paint. They've already saved 20 million pounds of paint from entering landfills and causing harm to the environment.

GreenSheen paint has over 200 retail locations nationwide where you can purchase the perfect shade for your next project. You can also donate unwanted paint at their recycling locations or at partnering locations. Keep an eye out on ReCapturit for GreenSheen paint soon!

Amber was extremely excited to use GreenSheen paint for her project, which we filmed as a ReCapturit "How To." Look for the room transformation video soon.
